Recipe guide how to make Jellab drink by Cook Lebanese


5 persons

  1. 1 cup jellab syrup

  2. 5 cups water

  3. 5 teaspoons pine nuts

  4. 5 teaspoons almonds

  5. 5 teaspoons raisins


  1. Pour the jellab syrup in a pitcher. Add the water and stir well.

  2. Serve in long glasses with crushed ice and add 1 teaspoon pine nuts, 1 teaspoon almonds and 1 teaspoon raisins to each glass.

  3. Present the jellab with a spoon in each glass.

  4. Note: Jellab syrup can be found in all grocery shops that sell food from the Middle East.
