Ingredients





1 Person










  1. 1 banana





  2. 4 large ice cubes





  3. 1 scoop vanilla Whey protein





  4. 1 dollop of peanut butter





  5. 1 cup milk







Steps









  1. Place the ingredients into the blender in the following order: ice cubes, banana (split in half), peanut butter, protein, milk.













  2. Turn blender on “smoothie” for about 10 seconds or until there are no chunks in the smoothie... because then it wouldn’t be smooth ?















  3. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
