Ingredients





4 servings










  1. 4 tsp Dry Mint Powder





  2. 4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder





  3. 1/2 tsp Black pepper Powder





  4. 2 tsp Citric Acid





  5. 1 tsp Ginger Powder





  6. 1/4 tsp Hing





  7. 2 tsp Black salt





  8. 2 tsp Salt





  9. 1 tsp Sugar





  10. 2 tsp Dry mango Powder







Steps









  1. To prepare this soothing spice drink, mix all the ingredients well and store in a clean glass container.















  2. To make Jaljeera, mix 1 tsp powder in one glass of chilled water. Add some ice cubes and lemon juice and serve immediately.















  3. Add mint, coriander and ginger in a blender.















  4. Add little water and grind to make a smooth puree.















  5. Transfer the puree in a glass bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve Chilled.
