Ingredients





1 serving










  1. 1 Handful spinach [about a stuffed cup]





  2. 3 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed





  3. 1 Well Ripened Banana





  4. 6 Strawberries





  5. 1 Small Apple





  6. 1 Cup Water (more or less to make it your desired consistency)







Steps









  1. Add spinach, banana, ground flaxseed, sliced strawberries, cut apple, and water to a blender.













  2. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds.















  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
